Team Collaboration is Here: Share Snippets Effortlessly
Today, we're thrilled to announce one of our most requested features: Team Collaboration. You can now invite teammates to your Snigo workspace, create shared collections, and collaborate on code snippets in real-time.
Why Teams Need Shared Snippets
Every engineering team has tribal knowledge — common patterns, utility functions, and boilerplate code that everyone needs but nobody documents properly. It lives in Slack threads, code reviews, and individual developers' heads.
Shared snippet collections change that. Your team's best code patterns become a living, searchable library that everyone can access and contribute to.
How It Works
1. Create a Team Workspace
Head to Settings → Team and create your workspace. You can invite members by email and assign roles (Admin, Editor, Viewer).
2. Shared Collections
Create collections visible to your entire team. Use them for API patterns, component templates, testing utilities, or anything your team reuses.
3. Real-Time Sync
When a team member adds or updates a snippet in a shared collection, everyone sees the change instantly. No need to manually share links or copy-paste.
4. Permission Controls
Not everything should be editable by everyone. Set granular permissions at the collection level — some collections can be view-only for certain team members.
Pricing
Team collaboration is available on our Pro plan at $8/user/month. Every team gets a 14-day free trial. Start your trial today.
