Essential Shortcuts

These are the shortcuts you'll use dozens of times a day:

  • ⌘/Ctrl + K: Open Quickfinder — search your entire library instantly
  • ⌘/Ctrl + N: Create a new snippet
  • ⌘/Ctrl + Shift + C: Copy the active snippet to clipboard
  • ⌘/Ctrl + S: Save the current snippet
  • ⌘/Ctrl + D: Duplicate the current snippet

Navigation Shortcuts

Move between views and snippets without leaving the keyboard:

  • ⌘/Ctrl + 1-5: Switch between sidebar views (All, Favorites, Recent, Shared, Trash)
  • ↑ / ↓: Navigate through snippet list
